If you have a pre-order product in an order with an already available product, your entire order will be shipped together when the pre-order product arrives and is in stock.
Products purchased under the same order number will not be shipped separately. Exceptions may be made if an order has to be split up into multiple packages to stay within the size and weight restrictions of a single package.

Commission is for plush dolls only! Clothing customization is unavailable until further notice. Please email to inquire and discuss details before placing an order!
Listed price includes the designing and production of a single doll. Additional fees will be charged if:
- the design has features not listed here that adds to the overall complexity
- a completed doll has to be remade from scratch for further adjustments (e.g fabric changes, rechoosing of embroidery colours, sewing pattern adjustment, large areas of embroidery changes, etc)
- after 2 iterations of fixes on a complete doll and adjustments are still needed (e.g sewing pattern, hair fabric type, hair length, etc)
Estimated production time of the physical plush takes 2-3 working months depending on number of revisions requested.
Shipping to my address takes 1-2 working weeks and shipping to the commissioner takes 1-3 working weeks on average. Delivery times may be delayed during festive periods and holidays.
